The Bourbon (Colombia El Pital)
This single-variety yellow bourbon microlot highlights the distinct uniqueness of these yellow coffee cherries. A sweet and striking cup profile is the signature of this coffee. The caramel, pear, vanilla, green tea and lime notes are accentuated by a pronounced acidity and heavy body.

Nearly 170 young producers are bringing change to Huila's coffee community. Almost half of them are women. The smallholder farms are nested in the south of Huila, near the majestic Salto De Bordones waterfall, at altitudes ranging from 1600 to 2000 masl.
